Phylea project

Knowing the age of tubers

Against a backdrop of climate change and the withdrawal of synthetic sprout inhibitors, defining the physiological age of tubers is becoming essential for better management of decisions on planting, storage instructions, processing and marketing. The main aim of the Phylea project is to identify a rapid tool for predicting this physiological state.
